Sponsor one part of the festival
Some businesses would rather put their name on one thing than choose a tier. Any of these can carry your name, and we agree the amount with you rather than working from a price list:
- The main stage. Live music runs off this stage all afternoon, and every thank-you announcement comes from it.
- The kids' zone. Games and inflatables. Where the families spend the longest.
- Tents and tables. The setup vendors and neighbors sit under all day.
- Event security. Off-duty police and constable officers keeping the park safe.
- Sanitation and restrooms. Unglamorous, essential, and the first thing people notice.

The festival is held at Dow Park, 7942 Rockhill St, Houston, TX 77061, and runs 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

How do I sponsor a community event in Houston?
Choose a level on this page and register online. HobbyFest offers Silver ($500 to $999), Gold ($1,000 to $2,999) and Platinum ($3,000 to $5,000) sponsorships, or you can sponsor one specific part of the festival and agree the amount with us.
What do sponsors get?
Every level puts your business name on the festival map and handout, and gets you public thank-you announcements from the live music stage. Gold adds free promotional booth space at the festival. Platinum adds your large logo on the main welcome banners and recognition as a main event presenter across our social media.
What does sponsorship money pay for?
Event security staffed by off-duty police and constable officers, public sanitation facilities, and the other costs of running a park full of families. Sponsorship is what keeps admission free for roughly 2,000 neighbors.
Can I sponsor something specific instead of picking a tier?
Yes. You can put your name on the main stage, the kids' zone, the tents and tables, event security, or sanitation and restrooms. There is no fixed price for these; we agree the amount with you on a call, and you commit to nothing by enquiring.
Is sponsorship tax deductible?
That depends on your business and how you account for it, so please check with your accountant. Hobby Area Management District is a management district and can provide documentation for your records. Call 713-516-2050 and we will send what you need.
When is the deadline to sponsor?
Sponsor as early as you can. Printed benefits such as banners, the festival map and the handout depend on us receiving your artwork before the print deadline, which falls several weeks before Saturday, October 3, 2026. Stage announcements and social media recognition can be arranged later.
